Fall has officially arrived so that means it’s time to get into my Vitamin C train! And what best way to do it than with this tropical Vitamin C power smoothie !


Vitamin C Powder

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 cup papaya

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2 inch chunk of peeled ginger

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 cup water


Method

  1. Blend all in a high speed blender.

  2. Chill before serving.
