Papaya Boats

Fruit is Earths candy and having a smoothie on a papaya is just so satisfying and brings you all the way to the tropics! This recipe is so vibrant and refreshing you will fall in love with papaya boats!

  • 2 frozen banana

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp spirulina

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp maca powder


  1. Cut papaya in half and remove seeds with a spoon.

  2. Blend smoothie ingredient on a high speed blender and pour smoothie in papaya hole.

  3. top with buckinis , granola, cacao nibs, mixed nuts, bee pollen, coconut or berries.
