Cooking Time : 4 hours
1 cup unsweet almond milk
1/2 cup brewed coffee ( cold coffee, I made mine really strong to get my caffeine fix )
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cacao
1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
6-8 tbsp chia seeds
Mix all ingredients and let sit over night or 4 hours in the fridge I topped mine with a layer of coconut yogurt + 1 tbsp cacao, layer of regular coconut yogurt, quinoa puffs and cinnamon.
Tip if you are using cocoa instead of cacao adjust the quantity of syrup as cocoa is sweeter than cacao!
