Spring is here so its time to take all those sunshine vibes out! Mango Chia Cups topped with coconut flakes and more mango just because... mango. wishing everyone a happy Easter!

Cooking Time: 4 hrs
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
3 tbsp chia
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Cup of fresh mango
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp turmeric powder
Add milk, vanilla, maple syrup, chia seeds into a bowl or jar mix and let set for 4 hours overnight.
Top with mango, coconut flakes and bee pollen!
Optional: For the bottom layer I added a tsp of turmeric to add some flavour and nutrients to my chia cup!
