Kale Buffalo Caesars Salad

I love having salads but not regular plain salads, I always have to pair them up with a killer dressing , crunch and spice. This buffalo Kale Caesars is my latest obsession it has the perfect balance between the creaminess of the tahini dressing, the crunch of the sesame seeds, spring onion and kale and the spice of the ultimate buffalo strips. This salad is perfect for this fall and will keep you satisfy for hours! So creamy and crunchy you will keep your taste buds happy.

Kale Buffalo Caesars Salad

Serves: 2

Prep Time: 15 min

Cook Time: 25 min


  • 1 avocado

  • 3 Cups chopped kale

  • 6 Buffalo Tofu Strips ( Find recipe here)

  • 1/4 Cup Tahini Caesars Dressing (Recipe below)

  • 2 Tbsp Capers

  • 1 Tbsp black sesame seeds

  • 1/4 Cup chopped spring onions

  • 1/4 Cup vegan parmesan ( Find my recipe here)

Tahini Caesars Dressing

  • 1/2 Cup Tahini

  • 1/2 Cup Water

  • 1 Tbsp Capers

  • 1/2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar

  • Juice of one lemon

  • 1/2 Tbsp Seeded mustard

  • 1 Garlic cloves

  • 4 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Prepare buffalo tofu strips. (Recipe here).

  2. In the mean time your tofu strips cook, prepare tahini caesars dressing by placing all ingredients in a high speed blender and pulse until smooth.

  3. Add kale and 1/4 cup of the dressing to a bowl and massage your kale for 3 min until completely covered by dressing. Add caper and parmesan cheese and mix until well combined.

  4. Divide salad into two separate bowls, top with tofu strips, half avocado. Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onion to each bowl. Enjoy
