  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1/4 Cup cacao powder

  • 1/4 Cup maple syrup

  • 1/8 Cup unsweetened plant based milk


  1. Blend in high speed blender, transfer to piping pipe and let sit in the fridge for 15 min. (Alternative just serve in small pot and let sit in the fridge 15 min)

  2. Squeeze in circular motions into a small glass to serve as a delicious sunday treat. Top with fresh fruit and nuts.Enjoy
