Green Machine Juice

Get those greens in! If you struggle getting your five a day this green juice is the perfect solution for you! Ive created this recipe for those with and without a juicer all you need is a blender and a nut milk or cheese bag and all the green goodies.

Theres something about green juice that make me feel accomplished and healthy! I try to take one of these every other day as a snack or just with breakfast!

Green Machine Juice

Serves: 500ml

Prep Time: 5-10 min


  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 apple

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 1 handful of kale

  • 1 handful of parsley or coriander

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2-3 Celery stalks

  • 250ml water


Without a Juicer:

  1. Peel ginger to remove the skin.

  2. Squeeze the lemon juice into the blender.

  3. Chop the rest of ingredients and remove any seeds.

  4. Add all ingredients to a blender with 250ml of water and blend until its completely mixed.

  5. Place nutmilk or cheese bag on top of a large bowl. Tranfer liquid inside of the bag and squeeze all the liquid until all thats left is a dry pulp.

  6. Refrigerate and enjoy!

With a Juicer:

  1. Peel ginger and lemon to remove the skin.

  2. Chop the rest of ingredients and remove any seeds.

  3. Add all ingredients into juicer.

  4. Refrigerate and enjoy!
