
Cookie Dough Bliss Balls
6 ingredient cookie dough bliss balls. This bliss balls are super simple and yummy snack to have on the go. I’m a big snacker and these are great when you are looking for something fast for those sweet tooth cravings! I make a big batch and keep them in the fridge during the week. But lets be honest they never last for more than a few days they have become a house favourite cause I mean its cookie dough and who can resist to that?⠀


This energy balls are:
Paleo
Dairy free
Gluten free
No Refined Sugar
Dangerously addictive

Serves: 12 balls
Prep Time: 20 min

Ingredients ⠀
1/2 cup salted cashews⠀⠀
1/2 cup of oats⠀⠀
1/4 cup golden flax seeds⠀⠀
1/4 cup of hemp seeds⠀⠀
8 dates, Seeds remover
1 tsp vanilla⠀⠀⠀
pinch of salt⠀⠀
Method
Put all ingredients in a food processor , mix until it sticks together. (Tip: If your food processor is not high speed and its hard to get a sticky dough try soaking your dates in warm for 30 min before adding them to the food processor or add 1 tsp of water to the mixture water.)⠀
Take 1 tbsp of the mixture and roll into balls. Let set in the fridge for 15-30 min.
Note:I also added a drizzle of @loving_earth salted caramel chocolate on top.
