Berry Choc Rocks

These Chocolate rocks are ridiculously easy and quick! They are the perfect healthy snack or dessert. With a ton of crunch and thick chocolate and peanut butter coating they are a weekly must on every kitchen!

They are made with kitchen staples that probably everyone has already on their kitchen! I topped mine with goji berries but you can topped them with anything you have at hand like nuts, seeds, dried fruit, chocolate chunks, coconut flakes... really anything you have at home!


They are extremely simple and a crowd pleaser! You will have them ready to go in just 5 minutes and every one will love them + they are kid friendly. Its a great party treat or a weekly healthy dessert to kick that sweet tooth to the curve.

They are also such a little cute dessert to have at a dinner party or snack table any day of the week.

Berry Choc Rocks

Serves: 10-12

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Set Time: 20 min


  • 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil⁠

  • 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder (I used @tropeaka)⁠

  • 1/3 Cup Softened Peanut Butter⁠

  • 2 Cups Corn Flakes⁠

  • Goji Berries to top⁠


  1. Melt coconut oil, add cacao powder and mix well, add softened peanut butter and mix again.

  2. Add in corn flakes and mix until all flakes are coated. using an ice cream scoop of big spoon divide into "rocks".

  3. Top with berries and freeze for 20 min. Store in the fridge!⁠
