Asian Super Greens Salad

I have been obsessed with this salad bowl for months now! I honesty have it almost every night not only because is delicious but is super simple and quick to make. Its also packed with greens making it the ultimate healthy salad with tons of flavour and textures.

The secret to this delish bowl is the asian salad dressing it is simply my favourite salad dressing of all times. I make a big batch of this and store it on the fridge for those lazy weeknights.

Asian Super Greens Salad

Serves: 3-4

Cook Time: 10 min


  • 3 Cups chopped kale

  • 2 Cups Spinach or lettuce, chopped

  • 1/2 Cup chopped parsley

  • 3 Spring onions, chopped

  • 1/2 Avocado, cubed

  • 2 Tbsp Hemp seeds

  • 1 Tbsp black sesames seeds

  • 250 grams Extra Firm Tofu

  • 1/2 Cup Asian salad dressing

  • 1/3 Cup Pomegranate seeds


  • 1/4 Cup Lemon juice

  • 1/4 Rice vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Sesame seed oil

  • 2 Tbsp Maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp Gochujang or red chilli paste


  1. Chop tofu, add to a frying pan with 1/2 tsp of olive or sesame seed oil, paprika, ginger powder and salt to taste. Cook for 8-10 min tossing every few minutes until golden and crispy. Set aside.

  2. Add chopped kale, parsley, spring onion, lettuce, avocado, hemp seeds and sesames seeds into a bowl. Add tofu and combine.

  3. In a jar or bowl mix all dressing ingredients until smooth. Add to salad bowl mix top with black sesame seeds and enjoy!
